ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This spirited competition is designed to inspire all Franklin Street members to actively engage with company initiatives while building stronger connections across our offices. Together, we’ll make a greater impact!
Each team is built around one of our core values—Accountability, Collaboration, Hard Work, Integrity, and Innovation—creating a shared sense of purpose and friendly competition.
From April through September, teams will earn points by participating in a variety of activities (outlined below). At the end of the competition, we’ll host the Franklin Fest Celebration, an exclusive event reserved for the winning team!
